Residence Birdie Mountain Meadow


Newly built apartment residence in 2004 situated in the small medieval village of Giez. There is close by a 12th Century Chateaux and a golf course with 2 courses 27 holes. The residence is a short drive 5 minutes to the lakeside facilities at Bout du Lac and a further 10 minutes to Talloires. There is a cycle track which leading from Giez all the way 20km to Annecy along the western lake shore.

The residence contains 4 types of apartment sizes from small studios to 4 room apartments which can accommodate up to 10 people. All apartments are fully equipped and self contained with kitchens and bathrooms. The residence has its own reception, private parking, communal entertainment and access to services and activities.
