Chateau Meadow House

Chateau Meadow House sits in a great location with views of the lake and the Palace de Menthon Chateau.  Chateau Meadow House is an easy short walk to the village and a short trip to the beautiful Talloires bay. Chateau Meadow House takes its name because it is situated on a quiet residential road looking towards a lovely meadow and has wonderful views of  The Chateau du Menthon St Bernard. The house is the perfect holiday rental to enjoys this pretty village on the shores of the lake. It is very comfortable for a family of up to 6 people and has off road parking for 2 cars. There are many things to see and do within easy reach of the property including village shops and restuarants. There are tennis courts and cycle hire in the village so those looking for an active holiday it is ideal. From the house you can walk into the foothills of the nearby mountains or take an easy stroll to the lakeside which is about 1 km away.  The town of Annecy with its old town and medievil castle is only 9 km and can be reached by bus or ferry boat which circumnavigates the lake on an hourly basis in summer months.

Chateau Meadow House  sleeps 6 and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a spacious lounge and fully equipped kitchen. There is a quiet garden area with outside furniture for eating al fresco. Outside, there is a terrace, garden and private car port. In the centre of the village of Menthon St Bernard there is a lovely cafr de la Place which is a great place for meeting up with friends and family. There are several nice French bistro style restaurants including a pizzaria and a local savoyarde place serving fundue and raclette.

The house is convenient for the port at Menthon and if you require boat moorings  for a leisure boat it can be arranged locally.
