Villa Martha Lake Annecy is a wonderful house set in a large garden.  Villa Martha has a swimming pool in which to cool down before relaxing on a sunny day by Lake Annecy. Villa Martha Annecy has 4 bedrooms in the main Villa and also has a seperate villa garden suite which can accomodate and extra couple, grown up children or a nanny. Villa Martha Lake Annecy is is a great location near the cycle track on which you can cycle all the way to Annecy Old Town. If you are looking for nice places to eat out there are several withing a short drive and there are 2 restaurants within easy walking distance of the house.  For days out the nearby Village of Talloires is only 15 minutes by car and within half an hour you can drive up to the Col de la Forclaz and watch the Parapentes take off and circle around the lake of Annecy. Villa Martha Annecy is ideal if you want to enjoy cycling and water sports.

This Caribbean-style villa is situated in the south-shore village of Bout du Lac (‘by the lake’).  The circular cycle-track round the lake is near the villa and a beach with moorings is 500m away.  The villa sits in a large enclosed garden with mature trees for shade and a fenced pool.  There are two good lake-side restaurants a short walk away.

The villa comprises two floors.  On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge, kitchen, breakfast area, shower and WC.  The lounge has a 50” flat screen TV, surround sound and opens to the pool and a covered terrace with a dining table seating 8.

The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one twin), family bathroom and WC.

The separate pool house can accommodate two more people with a sofa bed, shower and WC.

There is parking for three cars.  Boat moorings can be found at the near by marina.
