Duignt is one of the smallest villages around the lake, it was painted by Cezanne, it has some fabulous lake-shore terrain including a peninsula jutting into the lake complete with a 13th century Chateau, one of the most iconic picture postcard sights on the lake.  It does have a small but select group of local restaurants. Duignt has it’s own municipal, unsupervised beach which is grassy and shady.  Near to the beach are sailing and diving clubs.
