Villa Montfleuri

Exceptional historic villa from the 19th century, Villa Montfleuri was built in 1842 in a green setting with a huge terrace overlooking the lake and the city. Situated in a quiet spot away from any noise and with a
wonderful family-vibe. The Villa is well maintained despite the weight of the years of a historic Haut Savoyarde residence.

The living room and first floor of the bedrooms are authentic with modern and very comfortable bedding. The second floor has been completely renovated and modern with a second kitchen, making the space very pleasant and comfortable with a large roll-down screen and overhead projector for TV and movies.

The large veranda and the shaded panoramic terraces are traditional and reassuring for family vacations with children. Villa Montfleuri has an exceptional view over the domain and the meadows as well as Lake Annecy and the mountains bordering it will be a delight and a great privilege.  All sports activities are accessible by bike or by car, even on foot. In 2015, Villa Montfleuri served as the setting for the film Florida with Jean Rochefort and Sandrine Kiberlain. The beds are fitted with 65 x 65 cm pillows with quilt protections, the duvets are new purchased in 2020 and the mattresses are protected by new mattress protectors
