We are aware of the challenge of blocking the spread of COVID-19 during the delivery of our rentals. We are still taking bookings for the end of 2021 and 2022.

By way of derogation from the general conditions of sale, if the governmental directives relating to the fight against the pandemic of COVID-19, do not authorize rentals or trips outside the confinement home.

Reservations made from 22nd April 2020 would be subject to a full refund if affected by COVID-19.

Annecy Lakeside Holidays has implemented the following barrier procedures:

ARRIVAL

When you are welcomed by Annecy Lakeside Holiday staff upon your arrival, they will be equipped with a mask and Hydroalcoholic gel.

SHEETS AND TOWELS

These are cleaned and treated by a professional dry cleaner that guarantees cleaning at more than 60°c.

HOUSEHOLD

All cleaning teams will wear masks and gloves.

Full cleaning of cottage villas and apartments will include door handles and switches with disinfectant cleaning products and use of bleach.

Full ventilation of the villas will be ensured during the entire cleaning procedure.
