Annecy Chalet Chatelain

Annecy Chalet Chatelain is a lovely holiday home near lake Annecy and close to many facilities. It is in a quiet alpine meadow near the pretty village of Giez. There is an 18 hole golf course on the doorstep.  This is a beautifully restored Annecy Chalet and is a great location for cycling since there is a wonderful cycle track within a short cycle ride of the house. We can also arrange activities for your kids between the ages of 10 and 18 if you want them to do a days hiking or mountain biking near the lake. There are numerous restaurants within a short drive of the chalet and village facilities  at Doussard. The beautiful lakeside village of Talloires is only 15 minutes by car where there is a lakeside beach area.  For those looking to explore the mountains it is easy to accend the Col de la Forclaz where you can watch the paragliders taking off and circling the lake.

Chez Chatelain is a wonderful Annecy Chalet high-spec barn conversion in Giez, the secluded village in the Doussard area, south-side of the lake.  Locals frequent the restaurants in this area which is the most untouched area of the lakeside by tourism.  The house is near the spectacularly set golf course.

The house has two floors and an entirely enclosed garden.  There are two WC’s, one shower-room and a kitchen and lounge.  Two double bedrooms and a third room with a single and pull-out sleeps six comfortably.  This house is a perfect quiet. rustic ending to an activity filled day on or around the lake.
