Coeur de la ville apartment is in the heart of Annecy old town and only five minutes walk to the spectacular shores of the lake. Annecy Old Town is the perfect place to stay to enjoy strolling along the waterside pathways which run from the lake. There are numerous restaurants, cafes’s and shops and you will be able to vist the old jail museum and Chateaux.   This apartment has 2 double  bedrooms 2 bathrooms a family size living room and smart modern well equipped kitchen. From your base in Annecy Old Town you can explore further a field by taking a boat trip around the lake or why not rent an electric assisted bike and ride along the dedicated cycle pathways around the lake.  We recommend cycling along the west shore to one of the pretty villages and then returning not forgetting to stop along the way at one of the many bistros or cafes for refreshments. You can arrive in Annecy Old town easily by train since there are daily TGV services arriving from Paris Gare du Lyon. If you are flying into Geneva the road journey takes only 45 minutes via a fast new motorway or there is a more scenic national route which runs alongside the Peage and is free. We can arrange bike rental or taxis to help you enjoy your stay in Annecy. If you are coming to Annecy for a special event such as the Animation Festival which takes place annualy in early June then this apartment is an ideal base. There are also festivals in Annecy in July Bastille and at the beginning of August there is the Fete du Lac with fireworks over the lake. Take a trip around the lake to the beautiful lakeside villages of Talloires and Menthon St Bernard or visit the Col de la Forclaz and watch the paragliders taking off. Why not have a go yourself !
