At the far edge of Menthon, this cottage has a great location, handy for the golf course, facing the nature reserve of Roc de Chere overlooking the lake and the Chateau St Bernard.  Menthon and Talloires are equally nearby giving easy choice when dining out.  The lake itself is 1km away.

The cottage consists of a lounge opening out to the garden and a first-floor balcony.  There is a kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and private parking.  Dine outdoors on the terrace, use the BBQ or any of the outdoor games; table tennis, petanque, swingball.  Handy for all the local amenities and attractions, yet quiet and out of the hustle and bustle of the town.
