It is easy to cycle into Annecy Old Town in about 20 minutes. The views from Sevrier Boat House are stunning across the lake with mountains in the background. There are numerous places to eat within ashort distance of the property and there is a public beach about 10 minutes walk away. For shopping Sevrier has plenty of options along the main lake route and there are also a few take away outlets including McDonalds a short drive south.

Sevrier Boat House is a beautiful fisherman’s house located at the water’s edge, and at the edge of the bike path, 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms for 6 people. All activities are at the door of the villa, (tennis, sailing school and diving, bike path, restaurants, etc.).
