Villa Blanc is a lakeside house with pontoon ideal for enjoying private access to the lake. Villa Alice is a very comfortable villa  with a garden and direct access to the lake for 10 people maximum. Villa Blanc is situated in the lakeside village of Veyrier du Lac which is only 5km from the town of Annecy. Close by to Villa Blanc  you will find a small port and a bathing beach. The village of Veyrier du Lac is only a short walk and you can buy bread from the boulangeruie. There is a small village grocery store and a news agents.

Villa Annecy Alice is a House on one floor, large living room, dining room open on the terrace and the garden shaded by many trees. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Garden with direct access to the lake, superb view on the old town of Annecy. Private pontoon and mooring for one boat.
