Villa Germain is a stunning property in the Annecy village of Tallories. It comes with an outdoor swimming pool and a garden which overlooks Lake Annecy. Suitable for up to 12 people, Villa Germain has 9 rooms, 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The bedrooms consist of 3 simple beds and 4 double beds.

Villa Germain is a private estate with extensive landscaped gardens located in the heart of the French Alps, located on the sunny, right bank of Lake Annecy, overlooking the bay of Talloires.

Contemporary villa in wood and glass, 380 m2, bathed in natural light, with superb views over the lake Annecy.

The villa is decomposed a house of 300m² for 8 people and a small house of 80m² fully equipped for 4 people, ideal for privacy

A spacious and comfortable family home that can accommodate up to twelve people.

6 bedrooms (including two suites), 2 bathrooms with w.c., shower and bath, 2 shower rooms, 2 independent toilets.

Villa Germain is a spacious, comfortable and stylish family home with beautiful contemporary furniture. Interiors in parquet and contemporary tiling, wooden terraces outside.

Several large living rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking views of Lake Annecy.

From the living room, access to large wooden terraces facing south and west. An ideal place to relax with an aperitif and admire the sunrise and sunset.

Large flat screen TV and home theater equipment. Satellite TV and Netflix.

To sleep :
Each room is decorated with comfortable beds and quality bed linen.
Bed linen is provided at no extra cost and changed weekly.

Six spacious rooms, spread over several levels, allowing privacy. Including four rooms with views of Lake Annecy:

Parental Suite 1: Super-King bed (200cm x 200cm), shower room and dressing room

Parental Suite 2: large double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), with private bathroom (shower, bath and wc)

Triple room 6: Large double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) plus Single bed, extra large (120 cm x 200 cm).

Sofa bed: 145cm x 200cm with mattress thickness 10cm plus mattress 3cm

Towels and hand towels are provided for each guest at no extra charge.

Water sports:
Talloires Nautical Center: water skiing, wakeboarding, kayaking.

Golf: Talloires Lake Golf Course (5 min)
