Situated down a quiet lane on the outskirts of Annecy old town, at the northern tip of the lake, Villa Isabelle offers peace and tranquility yet the bustle of Annecy is minutes away.  The lake shore a mere 2km away.

The Villa comprises a living room and dining room which open onto a terrace, garden and 9m heated outdoor pool.  Also on the ground floor are a double bedroom and bathroom.

The first floor has 4 bedrooms, three of which open onto a balcony.  One bedroom has a lake view.  There are three bathrooms.

Outside, there is parking for 3 cars, outside dining furniture, 5 adult and 2 kids bikes and a table tennis table.
