Villa Mathilde is situated up on the hillside, midway between Saint Jorioz and Sevrier, a kilometre from amenities and the lake shore.  It offers fantastic views of the lake and the eastern side mountains.  It also sits within it’s own 3000sqm grounds and is exceptionally secluded and quiet.

The property consists of a lounge opening onto a balcony with panoramic views of the lake and mountains.  A fully equipped kitchen opening onto the balcony also, three bedrooms, one with a double and a single bed in (with lake views), one with a double and one with a double and a single.  There is also a study with a sofa bed in, two bathrooms and two independent WCs.  Parking is in the basement garage.
