This a villa with pool next to the lake and also in the pretty lakeside vilage of Veyrier du Lac which is 5 km from the old town so reachable in 20 minutes. There are 3 restaurants withing walking distance of the house and also a public beach area and small port.

Sip a glass of Apremont de Savoie on the terrace of Villa Rive Est and watch the sunset across the lake.  There is a very nice place called La Pecher which serves fish straight from the lake just nearby to the house. If you bring a boat with you it is not impossible to find a place to tie it up close by but that isn’t free and the Maire would have to agree ( regulations Francais )
